Opening the billing portal

Paid subscriptions are managed directly in Stripe's secure billing portal. To get there:

Go to the Subscription page

In Guesti, open Settings → Subscription.

Click "Manage subscription"

This opens the Stripe billing portal in a new tab, where you can make any changes to your subscription.

What you can do in the billing portal

Once in Stripe, you can:

  • Update your payment method — add or replace a credit/debit card.
  • View and download invoices — download any past invoice as a PDF.
  • Change your billing period — switch between monthly and annual billing.
  • Cancel your subscription — your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then moves to Free automatically. No data is deleted.

Before cancelling

If you have more than 1 property, they will be archived when you move to Free. All data is preserved — upgrading again restores everything.
