The Free Plan
The Free plan is a great starting point for hosts with a single property. You can build a fully functional guidebook with essential sections — WiFi details, house rules, check-out instructions — and create up to 3 message templates.
The guidebook will display a small "Powered by Guesti" badge. Upgrading removes this.
The Pro Plan
Pro unlocks the full Guesti experience. You can manage unlimited properties, access all section types, collect guest reviews, and customise every aspect of your portal — including custom background images and no Guesti branding.
Pro is billed monthly or annually. Annual billing comes with a discount. See Upgrading Your Plan for current pricing.
Every new account gets a 30-day Pro trial automatically — no credit card required. After 30 days, you'll be moved to the Free plan unless you upgrade.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time from your dashboard or billing settings. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your data is preserved — however, some features will become inaccessible until you upgrade again. Properties beyond the first will be archived (not deleted).
If you have more than 1 property and downgrade to Free, your additional properties will be archived. Upgrading again restores full access.
