Requirements

To add a new property you need an active Guesti account. Free plan accounts are limited to 1 property. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited properties.

How to add a property

Go to your dashboard

Log in to your account at app.guesti.co. Your dashboard shows all existing properties as cards.

Click the "+ Add Property" button

This button appears at the top-right of the dashboard and also as a card in the property grid if you have available slots.

Fill in the property details

Enter a Property Name, select the Property Type, and optionally add an address. The name is for your internal reference only.

Upload a thumbnail photo (optional)

A thumbnail helps you quickly identify properties in your dashboard. Upload a square or landscape photo of the property. Maximum file size: 5 MB.

Click "Create Property"

The property is created and you're taken to its detail page. From here you can build the portal, set up message templates, and manage all settings.

Tip

You can always edit property details later. See Editing Property Details.
