What is a property in Guesti?
A property is your rental unit — an apartment, villa, cabin, or any space you host guests in. Each property has its own dedicated guidebook and message templates. You can have one or many properties depending on your plan.

Adding your first property
Open your dashboard
After logging in, you'll see the main dashboard. If you haven't added a property yet, you'll see a prompt to "Add your first property."
Click "Add Property" or "+" button
The add property button is also available in the top navigation. Clicking it opens the property creation form.
Enter your property name
Ideally give your property the same name you use on Airbnb, Booking, etc — this is shown to the guests. For example: "Lisbon Studio" or "Beach House Algarve".
Add your address
The address is used for providing directions to guests.
