Editable fields
You can update any of the following property fields at any time:
- Property Name — your internal reference label
- Property Type — Apartment, House, Studio, Villa, Cabin, Room, or Other
- Address — used in the Getting There portal section
- Thumbnail Photo — the image shown on your dashboard card
How to edit property details

Open the property
From your dashboard, click on the property card you want to edit.

Click "Property Settings" or the ⚙️ gear icon
This opens the property settings panel where all editable fields are displayed.

Make your changes
Click into any field to edit it. To change the thumbnail, click the photo area and upload a new image.

Click "Save Changes"
Changes are saved immediately. Your dashboard and portal will reflect the updated information.
Portal content
Editing property details does not change the content inside your guidebook. To update portal sections (WiFi, house rules, etc.), use the Portal Builder.
