The property dashboard
Your dashboard displays all properties as cards in a grid. Each card shows the property thumbnail, name, type, and a quick-access link to its portal and templates.
Switching between properties
Click any property card to open it. All sections — portal builder, message templates, guest reviews — are scoped to the selected property. Use the back arrow or breadcrumb navigation to return to the dashboard and switch to a different property.
Keeping properties organised
- Use clear names: Include the city or a memorable nickname — e.g., "Porto Apartment", "Lake Cabin 2".
- Add thumbnails: A photo makes it much faster to identify properties at a glance.
- Separate templates: Each property has its own message templates, so you can customise messaging per location.
Archiving a property
If you're no longer actively renting a property but don't want to delete it, you can archive it. Archived properties are hidden from your dashboard but all data — portal content, templates, reviews — is preserved. You can unarchive at any time from Settings.
If you downgrade from Pro to Free, all properties beyond the first will be archived automatically. Upgrading again restores full access.
